MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY FOR XVAPE VAPORIZER
All XVAPE products are provided 90 days limited warranty which covers defects in manufacturing, workmanship, and materials, mainly for electronic and structural integrity, this excludes accessories such as the removable battery cell, mouthpiece, ceramic filter, heating coil glass accessories and charging cable unless a physical defect arises. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, acts of piracy, or other external causes i.e. damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use as described, a device or part that has been modified to alter the functionality or capability without written permission, or cosmetic damage including but not limited to dents scratches and/or broken plastic.
Normal product wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Normal performance degradation of batteries is also not covered by the warranty.
If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, TopGreen US Corporation will either (1) Repair the product defect, or (2) Exchange the product with a product that is new or is at least a functionally equivalent product/part.
To make a warranty claim, please contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Proof of purchase must be provided prior to warranty service being provided. Products without verified proof of purchase or receipt of sale are not covered under warranty.
Do not send any product to us unless you have spoken to a representative first. This can lead to confusion and may result in the loss of your item.
All Xvape products are covered by the 90- day Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty upon successful online product registration. Product registration must be completed within 30 days of purchase for warranty to be valid. Any products not registered online within 30 days of purchase forfeit any and all rights of coverage.
Due to varying voltages and other factors, we recommend that buyers use only the specified chargers with XVPAE products. Incompatible chargers may cause batteries to overheat or fail, posing a fire hazard. TopGreen US Corporation will not be responsible for any damages caused by inappropriate or irresponsible use of our products.
Exclusions and Limitations
The Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by TOPGREEN, that can be identified by the “XVape” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them and purchased at an authorized retailer, serviced by an authorized XVAPE distributor.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-XVPAEI products.
This warranty does not apply to (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, acts of piracy, or other external causes; (b) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use as described by XVAPE; (c) a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; (d) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, drops, and broken pieces; (e) any device where the serial number has been tampered with, erased or is not genuine.
Important: Warranty applies to the original end-user purchaser only and is non-transferable. Warranty does not apply should you purchase through a 3rd party reseller site such as Ebay or Craigslist. XVape warranties only apply to devices purchased at any authorized retailer serviced by an authorized distributor. Please see our website for information on authorized resellers before purchasing.
Please carefully research the product you are interested in before purchasing. Refunds are only available for new and unopened/unused devices purchased on xvapesua.com. Devices purchased through an authorized retailer cannot be refunded by XVAPE. Such transactions should be handled directly with the retailer based on their terms and conditions.
