AVANT

The serial number can be found on the sticker on the bottom of the box. The security code (16 numbers) can be found on the sticker after scraping off the coating. Consumers can use the code to verify the product. Both of the serial number and security number will be required when applying for warranty or return service.

XVAPE AVANT comes with 12 months of warranty and it covers the main body with electronic components, ceramic parts, consumer damage, cosmetic damage, accessories and abnormal degradation of battery.

Please use the provided USB charging cable or other standard USB chargers to charge the device, and please ensure the input is no more than 5V/1A per charge. Besides, please don’t charge the device for more than 12 hours at a time, as this may deplete the life of the battery.

No, we don’t suggest consumers to use XVAPE AVANT or any electronic products while charging.

When charging the device for the first time, we recommend charging for more than 6 hours. Later, if you use a 5V/1A charger, 3 hours is enough to charge the device fully; if a 5V/500ma charger, 4-5 hours will be needed; if a charger exceeding 5V/1A, the device will stop being charged. Because XVAPE AVANT owns a automatic charging protection from the chargers exceeding 5V/1A.

The battery can be used at least 12 sessions under the highest temperature of 220℉/428℉after each full charging. Besides, the lifetime of the battery is 350 times of cycle use and charging. The battery will decline after the 350 times of charging use.

The capacity of oven bowl/heating chamber is about 1.06ml, and the size is L16.8mm*W7.6mm*H9.2. Our suggestion is easy, please don’t load too much materials when using the device.

The maximum temperature is 220℃/428℉, and the minimum temperature is 180℃/356℉.

  • Turn on/off: Click the power button 3 times consecutively to turn on/off. When powering on/off, the indicators of temperature settings will flash 3 times, indicating the current remaining power. Then the device will begin to heat up under the selected temperature setting.
  • Temperature adjust: After powering on, hold the power button for 2 seconds to select your desired temperature setting. If holding the button for more than 4 seconds, the device will cycle through the 5 temperature settings at a faster rate.
  • Working/inhalation: After selecting the temperature setting, the corresponding temperature indicator will start to flash, indicating that the device is heating up. When the temperature reaches the selected temperature setting, the corresponding temperature indicator will remain constant, indicating that it’s time to start inhaling.

The capacity of the Vista Mini oven bowl is about 1mL.

There are a few reasons causing the power light to flash red.

  • Battery low: the power light will flash 10 time in red.
  • Heating atomizer is not working: the power light will flash 5 times.
  • The heating Atomizer might not be connected to the battery properly. Please re‐install the Atomizer Base to
    the Battery Connector (make sure it’s tight) and then install the Heating Atomizer again to try.

XVAPE AVANT uses a conduction ceramic chamber to heat up and vaporize the dry herb or other materials.

Both of the mouthpiece and chamber are made out of ceramic. And of course, the materials are certificated and passed the food-grade material inspection.

It really depends on user’s habit. General advice would be to lower the temperature for lighter sensation and increase the temperature for heavier sensation.

For XVAPE AVANT, temperature ranges from 180℃ to 220℃(356℉-428℉). Hold the power button for 2 seconds to select your favourite temperature setting.

Usually after 25 seconds of heating up, the temperature is good enough for consumers to start vaping. But everyone has different requirement for temperature. If you want the temperature to reach 220℃/428℉, you may need to wait 35 seconds.

Temperature: The higher temperature, the denser vapor will be.

Heating time: More heating time can help to produce denser vapor.

Inhaling: Slow and long inhaling will help you get much denser vapor, and make the vapor taste better.

Materials amount: Please don’t load too much/overload materials. Too much loading may cause uneven heating and even block the filter component and mouthpiece, so that the vapor cannot pass to the tip smoothly.

Materials quality: If the materials are wet or the quality is too bad, not much vapor can be produced.

XVAPE AVANT can only be used for dry herb. As for wax or oil&liquid, sorry they are not allowed to be used in XVAPE AVANT.

  • Please ask the seller for help first. In most cases, the seller can help consumers to solve the problem about XVAPE AVANT.
  • If the problem is still not resolved, please contact XVAPE AFS team for support, email to support@xvapeusa.com with any issues you have concerning our products. You will receive a reply and solution of the defective product within 24 hours.
  • Please use the USB charging cable provided in the XVAPE AVANT kit contents when charging, or other standard USB chargers that are adapted to the range of 5V/1A. Please don’t use any chargers that exceeding 5V/1A, because the device can only be charged with the charger which is in the range below 5V/1A.
  • Please check whether the USB charging port is damaged. If it was the consumers that accidentally damaged the charging port during/or before charging, then this will be defined as man-made damage. And sorry, the warranty of XVAPE AVANT does not cover this kind of man-made damage.
  • If consumers find that the device cannot be charged after taking it out of the box, please take pictures or a video of the charging port. And then please contact XVAPE AFS team for support, send the pictures and video to support@xvapeusa.com. You will receive a reply and solution of the defective product within 24 hours.
  • Please check if the charging port was damaged so that it can not be charged actually.
  • Please use another working USB charger to charge, so that it can be determined if it’s the charger’s problem.
  • Please use the provided USB charger or another working USB charger to continuously charge the device for 6 hours, so that it can be determined if there is an over-discharge problem. Basically 6 hours of charging can solve the over-discharge problem.
  • If still blank, please take a video of the defective device and send it to support@xvapeusa.com, contact XVAPE AFS team for support. You will receive a reply and solution of the defective product within 24 hours.

A- Please confirm whether the battery is low. If the battery is too low to support the device for another use, the 180℃ temperature indicator will flash 5 times in red, then automatically power off. Please charge the device continuously for 3 hours.

B- Please check whether there are cracks in the inner wall of chamber. After turning on the device, the temperature indicators will flash 10 times in red if the chamber was broke or not working, then automatically power off. If it was the consumers accidentally break the inner wall when cleaning the chamber, sorry the warranty of XVAPE AVANT does not cover this kind of man-made damage.

C- If the problem still can not be solved, please contact XVAPE AFS team for support, email to support@xvapeusa.com with any issues you have concerning our products. You will receive a reply and solution of the defective product within 24 hours.

A- Please confirm if the power button is stuck, so that it can’t be turned on properly.

B- Please confirm whether the battery is completely empty. Try to charge the device continuously for 3 hours before using it again.

C- Please use the provided USB charger to continuously charge the device for 6 hours to check whether there is an over-discharge problem. Basically 6 hours of charging can solve the over-discharge problem.

D- If still useless, please take a video of the defective device and send it to support@xvapeusa.com, contact XVAPE AFS team for support. You will receive a reply and solution of the defective product within 24 hours.

To maintain your XVAPE AVANT, it’s recommended to clean the mouthpiece and the chamber after each use.

A- Clean the filter component: Remove the filter component from the mouthpiece gently. Then, clean the ceramic and stainless steel parts in a container filled with isopropyl alcohol. Finally, clean the silicone hold with soap water.

B- Clean the mouthpiece: Use a cotton swab and wipe the inner part of the mouthpiece then wipe again with a damp paper towel.

C- Clean the chamber: Use the provided packing tool to scrape out the used materials first, then use the cleaning brush to clean the remaining materials. After that, wet a cotton swab in the alcohol and insert it into the chamber, gently scrub the side and bottom with a circular motion.

* Tip: Perform a burnoff cycle at max temp for 2 minutes after cleaning.

D- Clean the appearance: Remove any remaining debris by a wet cotton swab and damp paper towel. After cleaning all those parts, make sure that the whole device is completely dry before using.

Refunds are only available for new and unused devices purchased within 14 days on www.xvapeusa.com. If the tamper proof seal is broken, the refund cannot be honored. Devices purchased from an authorized retailer cannot be refunded by TopGreen group. In such cases, any refunds must be obtained from the authorized retailer from whom you purchased the device, and subject to the retailer’s policy on refunds.
