Click the power button 3 times consecutively to turn on/off. The device vibrates once, and the power light flashes 3 times. After startup, the device automatically preheats for 15 seconds, while preheating the red breathing light flash. After 15 seconds preheating, the device vibrates 2 times to indicate is ready to use , power light on. Inhale through the mouthpiece , you do not need to hold down any buttons in order to inhale.
Note: Maximum 8 seconds for each inhale.
Total session is 3 minutes after every turn on include preheat time.
To maintain your XVAPE MAMBO, it’s recommended to clean the mouthpiece and the chamber after each use.
- Clean the airflow tube: Remove the mouthpiece and expose the airflow tube hole. Use the brush to clean airflow tube. Filter can be removed when push the brush through airflow tube.
- Clean the filter component: Remove the filter from main body and clean it with alcohol pad, the mesh screen can be cleaned or replaced after remove.
- Clean the mouthpiece: Use alcohol wipes to sweep and cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol to clean the mouthpiece.
- Clean the chamber: Remove herb from capsule with cleaning tool, and use alcohol wipe to sweep the chamber wall, or use cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol to clean.
- Clean the appearance: Remove any remaining debris by a wet cotton swab and damp paper towel. After cleaning all those parts, make sure that the whole device is completely dry before using.
XVAPE MAMBO comes with 12 months of warranty and it covers the main body with electronic components except for the heating element, glass components, silicone components, consumer damage, cosmetic damage, accessories and abnormal degradation of battery.
The serial number can be found on the sticker on the back or bottom of the box. The security code (16 digits) can be found on the sticker after scraping off the security coating. Consumers can use this code to verify the product’s authenticity. Both of the serial number and security number will be required when applying for warranty or service.

No, we don’t suggest consumers to use XVAPE MAMBO or any electronic products while charging for safety reason.
When charging the device for the first time, we recommend charging for more than 6 hours. Please use the provided USB-C charging cable or other standard USB chargers to charge the device, and please ensure the input is no more than 5V/1A per charge, or it will damage the device. LED is red when charging, and turns green when fully charged.
It takes 1-1.5 hours to fully charge the device.
XVAPE MAMBO uses a built-in 1000mAh (Lithium-Polymer) battery. The battery can be used about 7 sessions under the 3 minutes session and the highest temperature of 240℃/464℉after each full charging.
The XVAPE MAMBO temperature range is 220℃/428℉- 240℃/464℉.
The mouthpiece is made out of food-grade silicone, the heating chamber material is stainless steel. And of course, the materials are certificated and passed the food-grade material inspection.
Heating time: More heating time can help to produce denser vapor.
Inhaling: Slow and long inhaling will help you get much denser vapor, and make the vapor taste better.
Materials amount: Please don’t load too much/overload materials. Too much loading may cause uneven heating and even block the filter component , so that the vapor cannot pass to the tip smoothly.
Materials quality: If the materials are wet or the quality is too bad, not much vapor can be produced.
No, XVAPE MAMBO can only be used for dry herb.
A. Please use the USB-C charging cable provided in the XVAPE MAMBO kit contents when charging, or other standard USB-C chargers that are adapted to the range of 5V/1A. Please don’t use any chargers that exceeding 5V/1A, because the device can only be charged with the charger which is in the range below 5V/1A.
B. Please check whether the USB charging port is damaged. If it was the consumers that accidentally damaged the charging port during/or before charging, then this will be defined as man-made damage. And sorry, the warranty of XVAPE MAMBO does not cover this kind of man-made damage.
C. If consumers find that the device cannot be charged after taking it out of the box, please take pictures or a video of the charging port. And then please contact TOPGREEN AFS team for support, send the pictures and video to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a reply and solution of the defective product within 48 hours on working day.
A. Please check if the charging port was damaged so that it cannot be charged actually.
B. Please use another working USB charger to charge, so that it can be determined if it’s the charger’s problem.
C. Please use the provided USB charger or another working USB charger to continuously charge the device for 6 hours, so that it can be determined if there is an over-discharge problem. Basically 6 hours of charging can solve the over-discharge problem.

A. Battery low: The power light will flash 10 times in red, and then automatically power off. Please charge the device before using it.
B. Without heating chamber or open circuit: The power light will flash 3 times in red rapidly, when the heating chamber is not installed. Please re-install the heating chamber properly.
C. Short circuit protection: The power light will flash 5 times in red rapidly , and turn off automatically, please stop using the device and do not attempt to repair it by yourself. Please contact the seller or our support team for support, email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
