Wow, neat little rig. Took some fiddling around to find the ideal fill level but once you get that dialed in, it’s great!!!
Also, a light draw is best.
To fill: Remove bubbler from hose. Turn tap on very low. Fill from the bottom where the holes are located. Fill the tube with about a half inch of water. Turn right side up, give a test pull and then tap the top to pull the water level into equilibrium across all bottom chambers. The water level should be about an 1/8 of an inch above the holes.
Reinstall bubbler to hose and enjoy.
